*faints*

*revives* I might have an opportunity to do hair for a play!!!! *squeals* The play is being put on by Homeschool Performing Arts, which puts on very professional and awesome plays!!! Anyway, I wrote to the director back in November to see if he would let me do hair for the upcoming play, Pirates of Penzance. Just today I got an email back from him saying he was going to forward my email to the person in charge of Hair and Makeup. The problem is that mom says I have to finish my school work *cringes* and can't spend a whole lot of time on it. So, if they email me back, telling me I have to spend a lot of time on it.....I can't do it. *cries* *brightens up* But I'm praying!!!! Here is info on the play if you would like to look at it. And take a look at the pictures of some of their past plays...they are soooo cool!!!

Review of 2008

I am finally writing this: Happy Very, very, veeeeery Belated New Year everyone!!! Sorry it took sooooo long to post that. *blushes and hides* You are probably asking yourself, "Why did she take so long?" Well, I will tell you, and it is the shortest and most logical way to explain my absence from the blog world:.......I've been busy. *wink*

I am not going to go through my whole year, because that would be way to boring to all of you, not to mention me! So, I will post my fondest memories of 2008.

1. I started my first blog (this one) in May!!!! Since then I have become a co-author to two other blogs: Prayers and Petitions and The Fellowship of the FT Forum.

2. After missing it in 2007, due to moving, I finally got to go back to the Miles Jesu "Ave Cor Marie Camp"!!!! And I teamed up with my pirate buddy: Cap'n Fox Turner!!! We had about 104 girls and I stayed in the Cabin "Love". Hehehe! When asked what cabin I was staying in I would say, "I'm in loooove!" *giggles*

3. Also in July, my parents celebrated their 25th Wedding Anniversary; and I, with my sister and "adopted" grandparents, secretly put together a surprise party for them! Mom and Dad were taken completely by surprise; Mom cried from the moment she entered the room till about an hour later! Hehehe!

4. In August, my dear friend Fox Turner and her family came up to meet my family and we had great time!!!

5. September was a big month for me becasue of 3 things:

a)I turned 18 and got the Fairy Tale Novel books: Black as Night and Waking Rose!!!!!

b) Amanda (Fox Turner) and her two sisters came up for the weekend of my birthday and we went bowling, played hide and go seek in the dark (and just so your know my house is a three story), watched a movie, and more!

c) I joined the Fairy Tale Novel Forum!!!!! I must say that was one of the #1 best things that happened to me that year!!! Since joining, I have married King Caspian X, I have a ton of sisters, one brother, and too many nieces and nephews to count!!!! We have the wackiest/craziest/ funnest (is that a word?)/bestest (I don't think that is a word either) adventures ever!!!! If you want fun, join the Forum!

Aaaaand.......I think that is it for my highlights of 2008. If there is anything else you will forgive me for not informing you. ........You will right? I hope so. TTFN! Ta-ta for now readers!

Storm Heaven with your prayers!!

I recieved this email today:

Hi Everyone - Thanks for your time. I have an urgent request for prayer for a young lady by the name of Hannah. Long Story short...God put her in my life the last two weeks through her calling my cell number by mistake. She is a 20 year old sophomore @ GVSU who is pregnant, 6 weeks along. I have talked w/ her many times about adoption, her relationship w/ the Lord (which is non-existent) and her future. She is so self absorbed. She had an ultrasound yesterday, and even though she saw the heartbeat and the baby this early, she told me last night she scheduled an abortion for Saturday. She has so many influences in her life telling her abortion is no big deal and she sees it as a fix to the mess she has made of her life. Please storm the gates of Heaven w/ me through our prayers so that the gates of hell that have a hold of her will be broken and that this little life will be saved. The Lord has a purpose for all that has happened and I know Hannah's life will be changed no matter what she decides. Please pray for me for wisdom as I talk with her this week. Thanks! Please forward to anyone you know who will pray with us!!!!!!

Let us pray for Hannah and her baby, that God would show her the way!!!!!! The abortion is scheduled for the 17th. I wish she would watch "Bella"......I feel sure that would change her decision.

Hehe! Hannah has no idea how many people are praying for her and her baby!

BABIES UNDER ATTACK!!!

Dear Readers,
This an important and critical issue, and we need to do something!!! Read this:

SUBJECT:
Request for novena/prayers to stop FOCA Dear family and/or friends - please consider joining the effort below. (even if only ONE of these were true it would be worth the effort.)

EXPLANATION:
For those of you who do not know, the Freedom of Choice Act (FOCA) [also know as freedom to kill act] is set to be signed if congress passes it on January 21-22 of 2009. The FOCA is the next sad chapter in the book of abortion. If made a law, virtually all limitations on abortion will be lifted, which will result in the following:

1) All hospitals, including Catholic hospitals would be required to perform abortions upon request. If this were to happen, some U.S. Bishops have indicated they would consider closing down Catholic hospitals rather than perform abortions - more than 30% of all hospitals in the United States are Catholic.

2) Partial birth abortions would be legal and have no limitations.

3) All U.S. tax payers would be funding abortions.

4) Parental notification will no longer be required.

5) The number of abortions could increase by as much as 100,000 annually.

Perhaps most importantly the government would then have control in the issue of abortion. This could result in a future amendment that would force women by law to have abortions in certain situations (down syndrome babies, etc) and could even regulate how many children a woman is allowed to have.

As Catholics, as Christians, as anyone who is against the killing of innocent children, we must stand as one. We must stop this horrific act before it becomes a law.

THE PLAN:
To say a novena (nine days of prayer ) along with fasting, starting on January 11th. For Catholics, the prayer of choice will be the rosary with intentions to stop the FOCA. For non Catholics, I would ask that you pray your strongest prayers with the same intentions, also for 9 consecutive days. The hope is that this will branch and blossom as to become a global effort with maximum impact. We have very little time so we all must act fast.
Just do three things:

1) Forward this letter

2) Do it in soon

3) Start the novena on January 11th and pray for nine consecutive days.

(Please also consider fasting for at least two days during the novena)

Remember that with God all things are possible and the power of prayer is undeniable. If you are against the killing of defenseless children then the time is now to do something about it!

Lord, may everything we do begin with Your inspiration and continue with Your help,so that all our prayers and works may begin in You and by You be happily ended. We ask this through Christ our Lord.

I beg everyone that reads this to please take part! This may be our last chance to actually do something for the innocent of the United States of America! Let's make the nation's leaders see that we mean business!
